Beetroot – Ginger-Rose Latte

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup hot water
  • 2 teaspoon of Africanada beetroot powder
  • ü 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon rose water (or edible rose petals)
  • 2 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • ½ cup steamed milk

Steps:

  1. Add Africanada beetroot powder, ground ginger, and rose petals (optional) to a tea leaf strainer and pop in your cup or whisk the ingredients in a mug

  2. Pour hot water into cup.

  3. Add rose water (optional) and honey to the cup mixture and stir well.

  4. Fill a jug with the hot milk and spoon in coconut oil. Froth using hand frother.

  5. Pour 3/4 milk mixture into the beetroot mixture. Stir well. Top with remaining froth.

  6. Drink and Enjoy
