Iced Moringa Latte

ICED MORINGA LATTE Ingredients: 1 teaspoon moringa powder Dairy-free milk Sweetener (optional) 1-2 teaspoon hot water Steps: Add the moringa powder, sweetener of choice and hot water to a small bowl. Use a matcha whisk (or small whisk) to blend thoroughly until no clumps remain. Heat your dairy-free milk of choice using the microwave or a saucepan on the stovetop (you can frothing with your espresso machine for best results). Transfer your moringa mixture to your serving mug Top with your heated/frothed dairy-free milk. Add some ice and shake well to combine. It can be consumed for up to 48 hours

MORINGA SMOOTHIE Ingredients: 1 cup almond milk  1/2 cup dried moringa leaves, or 1 tablespoon moringa powder 1 frozen banana, chopped   Steps: Add almond milk, moringa, and frozen banana to a high-speed blender. Process until the smoothie is smooth and creamy. Serve immediately.

Dandelion Roots Tincture

DANDELION ROOTS TINCTURE Ingredients: Dandelion root Vodka of your choice   Steps: Place the dandelion root in a jar. Cover with 80 proof (40%) vodka. Cover tightly and allow to steep 4-6 weeks, shaking daily. Strain out the plant material and store it in a dark glass bottle. Label and date.

Beetroot – Ginger-Rose Latte Ingredients: ½ cup hot water 2 teaspoon of Africanada beetroot powder ü 1 teaspoon ground ginger 1 teaspoon rose water (or edible rose petals) 2 teaspoon honey 1 teaspoon coconut oil ½ cup steamed milk Steps: Add Africanada beetroot powder, ground ginger, and rose petals (optional) to a tea leaf strainer and pop in your cup or whisk the ingredients in a mug Pour hot water into cup. Add rose water (optional) and honey to the cup mixture and stir well. Fill a jug with the hot milk and spoon in coconut oil. Froth using hand frother. Pour 3/4 milk mixture into the beetroot mixture. Stir well. Top with remaining froth. Drink and Enjoy

Dandelion Roots Tea

DANDELION ROOTS TEA Ingredients: Dandelion root or 1 tsp of ground dandelion root 1 cup of water   Steps: Grind your dandelion root and use as you would regular coffee or place 1 heaping teaspoon of ground root in a cup of water Steep for 10 minutes and strain. Store in an airtight glass jar and grind just before use for the best flavour.

Beetroot – Apple – Ginger Juice Ingredients: 10g Africanada Beet Root Powder 2 apples 1 ginger 150-200 ml water Steps: Blend the apples and ginger on high powered in your blender until completely smooth Strain through a fine sieve, really pushing it through. Pour into a glass filled with ice. Add the Africanada Beet Root Powder and Water Stir and Enjoy

Beetroot Milkshake Ingredients: 8 grams of Africanada Beet Root Powder 2 tablespoon sugar syrup 125 ml milk, chilled 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream Crushed ice   Steps: Add the beetroot powder, sugar syrup, milk, cinnamon powder and crush ice in a blender Blend Add the vanilla ice cream and mix. Serve chilled
